WHY YOGA COACHING?

Private yoga coaching can be a very effective and helpful way of laying a sound foundation, moving deeper into your practice, integrating the tools and philosophy into your everyday life or supporting your personal growth and transformation.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Private sessions are different for everyone, as they are customized to suit the unique needs of the individual. They often incorporate movement, meditation, breathwork, conversation, nutrition & lifestyle guidance, energy balancing techniques and self-study. They may also draw from other healing modalities and approaches, such as psychology, health coaching & personal training, depending on what will be most helpful and appropriate for the needs and goals of the individual. The sessions build upon one another and are ever-evolving.

ONLINE OR IN-PERSON?

Sessions can be held both in-person or over Skype. Both options have benefits and drawbacks. Depending on the needs and goals of the individuals, we will work together to utilize the strengths of either option.
